Bell pepper (1 green and 1 yellow)
1 yellow onion
100 grams small, black Olives
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 Red chili pepper
½ tsp oregano
1 Tbsp White vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Rinse chile pepper, halve, remove seeds, chop finely and mix in a bowl with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

3.

Crumble bread, arrange on plates, cover with vegetable mixture, drizzle with marinade and serve garnished with olives.
