4 pomegranates (halved, seeds removed)
2 Oranges (peeled)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup Orange juice
2 ¼ cups jam sugar (2:1)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl

Preparation steps

1.
Sieve the seeds from the 3 pomegranates and collect the juice.
2.
Fillet the oranges and collect the juice and squeeze out any remaining. Cut the fillets into small pieces.
3.
Mix together the pomegranate juice and seeds, the orange fillets and lemon juice and top up to 1 litre with the orange juice. Stir in the jam sugar and bring to the boil. Boil for 4 minutes stirring continuously.
4.
Pour immediately into jars, close the lids and stand upside down for 15 minutes. Then turn the jars the right way up and leave to cool.
