12 sheets white gelatin
cup Pomegranate juice
3 Oranges (filleted, juice reserved)
2 ½ cups Apple juice (clear)
2 pomegranates (seeds)

Preparation steps

1.
Soak the gelatine in cold water.

Heat the pomegranate juice and the juice from the oranges with 100 ml water. Squeeze the water out of the gelatine and dissolve it in the warm liquid. Add the apple juice and divide the mixture between four bowls (approx. 250 ml capacity each). Add the pomegranate seeds and orange fillets and chill for at least 3 hours.
3.
To serve, turn out of the moulds. Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
