400 grams turkey breasts
2 Red onions
200 grams Sour cream

4 Tomatoes
½ bunch cilantro
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Curry powder
4 Tortillas

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey breast, pat dry and cut into strips.

2.

Peel onions and dice. Mix half of onions with sour cream and add salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse tomatoes, pat dry, quarter, core and then dice.

4.

Rinse cilantro, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop coarsely.

5.

Heat oil in a pan. Cook turkey strips until golden brown for about 5 minutes. Add curry powder and season with salt and pepper.

6.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions. Spread with sour cream and top with slices of turkey. Fold and serve topped with tomatoes, cilantro and remaining onions.
