500 grams turkey breasts
1 Pineapple
8 scallions
2 garlic cloves
2 centimeters ginger
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
3 Tbsps Chili sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into cubes. Peel pineapple, quarter and core, cut into cubes. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. Peel garlic and ginger,  hop finely.

2.

Heat oil on a pan, saute turkey until golden brown. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add scallions and pineapple, saute for another 3-4 minutes  Sprinkle with sugar.

3.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and chile. Season with salt and pepper. Serve accompanied by rice.
