- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps medium hot Mustard
- 4 slices whole wheat Toast
- 80 grams nonfat cream cheese
- 100 grams thinly sliced Turkey ham
- 4 Tbsps Radish sprouts or water Cress
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve avocados, remove pit and cut into very fine slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Roll out bread slices flat and toast.
2.
Spread bread slices with cream cheese, then place 2 slices of ham on top.
3.
Mix the honey and mustard, then spread it on the ham. Place the avocado slices on top, then add the sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and cover with the remaining sandwich slices. Slice in half diagonally and serve.
