Preparation steps

1.

For the rolls, rinse turkey breast fillets under cold water, pat dry, pound flat and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Top each with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese, roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.

2.

Heat oil in a oven-proof skillet. Brown the rolls on all sides for 1-2 minutes over high heat. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 180°C (convection oven 160°C; gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F/325°F) to finish cooking, about 5 minutes.

3.

Meanwhile, rinse lettuce, spin dry and arrange on 4 plates. Rinse lemon in hot water, pat dry and cut into 4 wedges. Place 1 wedge on each plate.

4.

Slice finished rolls and arrange on the plates. Serve immediately.
