- 9 ozs turkey breasts
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- 4 ozs Chicken broth
- 8 ozs puréed Tomatoes (canned)
- 10 ozs Corn
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

Rinse, pat dry and finely chop the turkey. Peel and dice the onion. Rinse and halve the peppers, remove seeds, remove the white inner skins and dice.

Brown the meat in oil in a pot, mix with chili sauce. Add the onions and peppers and briefly fry. Add the broth and tomato purée and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the drained corn and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve with white bread.
