600 grams turkey breasts
800 grams Braised Cucumbers
1 bunch scallions
1 splash white wine
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 salt
cayenne pepper
lemon juice
ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey breast, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.

2.

Rinse cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices.

3.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into rings.

4.

Peel garlic and chop finely.

5.

Brown the turkey in hot oil. Add cucumber, garlic and scallions and sauté briefly, then add the white wine. Season with salt and a little cayenne pepper and lemon juice, cover and simmer gently over low heat for 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
