Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cucumber and slice into thin slices. Rinse the cabbage, shake dry and pluck off small leaves. Mix the mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper and spread it on the bread slices.

2.

Distribute the sliced cucumber, cabbage and turkey breast on two slices of bread. Sprinkle cress over it and cover with remaining bread slices.
