4 Turkey cutlets (about 100 grams)

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Trim and rinse the scallions and cut into rings. Rinse the romaine heart, spin dry and cut into strips. Combine the mayonnaise with the mustard and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Toss with the prepared salad ingredients.

Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on the hot grill on each side for about 2 minutes. Warm the tortillas on the grill.

3.

Remove the cutlets from the grill and cut into strips. Arrange the salad and turkey strips on half of each tortilla, fold the tortillas, roll up and serve.
