Preparation steps

1.

Mix the cream cheese and horseradish together and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the radish and cucumber, trim and cut into matchsticks.

2.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bread, sprinkle with radish and cucumber matchsticks and sesame seeds. Serve garnished with shiso sprouts.
