4 fresh Tuna steak (each about 120 grams)
5 lemons
olive oil (cold-pressed)
salt
peppers
½ bunch parsley (coarsely chopped)
6 Tbsps green Olives (in oil)

Preparation steps

Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the juice of 2 lemons and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow to marinate for 1 hour.

Rinse the lemons and cut into wedges. Drain the tuna steaks. In a hot pan, without adding oil, saute on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Remove the tuna steaks from the pan and arrange on plates. Heat 2-4 tablespoons of oil and add the rest of the marinade into the still hot pan and saute the lemon slices in it vigorously. Remove the pan from heat squeeze the juice of the lemons with a fork. Place the lemon slices on the tuna steaks and drizzle the hot lemon oil on top of each tuna steak. Season with salt and pepper vigorously. Sprinkle with plenty of parsley and garnish with 2-3 olives. Serve immediately.
