- 2 Tuna steak (approx. 110 g | 4 oz, 1 1/2" thick)
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 lemons (juiced and separated)

Preparation steps
1.
Prepare either charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling and preheat to high.
2.
In a shallow bowl mix together salt, pepper, and juice of one of the lemons. Place tuna steaks in bowl and set aside until grill is prepared.
3.
Arrange tuna steaks on prepared grill and cook until done, 2-3 minutes per side for rare, 4-6 minutes per side for medium.
4.
Transfer steaks to a platter, drizzle with remaining lemon juice and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
5.
Potatoes and chard or a fresh salad would make the perfect accompaniment.
