- 16 ozs Tuna steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup fresh Bean sprout
- 2 cups Straw mushroom
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced or pressed)
- lemon juice (from one lemon)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp crushed Red pepper flakes
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground peppers (to taste)
- 1 handful fresh Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Arrange sliced tuna, bean sprouts and mushrooms on a serving platter.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper together.
3.
Drizzle dressing over sliced tuna before serving. Garnish with fresh chives.
