400 grams macaroni
salt
120 grams onions
2 garlic cloves
2 red chili peppers
1 organic lemon
1 Tbsp organic sun-dried tomato flakes
6 Tbsps olive oil
40 grams Caper

2 sprigs Lemon thyme
2 cans Tuna (each about 185 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente.

2.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, remove the inner membranes and finely chop.

3.

Rinse the lemons with hot water and grate the zest. Mix the garlic, tomato flakes and the peppers. Finely chop everything again.

4.

Sauté the onion in the oil until light brown, squeeze in the lemon juice and add the capers. Drain the tuna, flake into small pieces and heat together briefly. Season with salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar and thyme.

5.

Drain the pasta, place on serving dishes with the sauce and garnish with lemon zest. Sprinkle with the garlic mixture and serve immediately.
