Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, place flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour a little water into well and crumble yeast into water and sprinkle with a little flour from edges of bowl and let stand for 15 minutes. Mix remaining water, salt and oil into dough and mix until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

2.

For the topping, blanch tomatoes in boiling water, drain and rinse with cold water, peel and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pot and add tomatoes and bring to a boil and cook briefly and remove from heat and season with thyme, salt and pepper. Cut mozzarella into slices. Drain tuna and mash with a fork in a bowl. Peel onions and cut into thin rings.

3.

Brush pizza pan with oil. Knead dough and roll out on a floured surface and place on pan with edges slightly thicker. Preheat oven to 250°C (approximately 480°F). Spread tomato sauce over dough and sprinkle tuna pieces over sauce and place onion rings over tuna. Top with mozzarella slices and drizzle with olive oil. Bake pizza in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Cut into pieces and serve.
