Ingredients

Ingredients
200 grams Pastry flour
100 grams Whole wheat flour
salt
1 tsp dried oregano
fresh Yeast
2 Tbsps olive oil
250 grams pureed Tomatoes
1 tsp Tomato paste
1 garlic clove
freshly ground pepper
125 grams peeled, cooked shrimp
1 can Tuna (natural, 155 grams, drained)
200 grams button Mushroom
1 large shallot
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
125 grams Mozzarella
1 green chili pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Mix both types of flour together with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon oregano in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 150 ml (approximately ¾ cup) lukewarm water. Mix the dissolved yeast and 1 tablespoon olive oil into the flour mixture, and knead to a smooth dough. Cover the dough with kitchen towel and let rise for 45 minutes in a warm place until the dough has doubled in volume.

2.

Mix the pureed tomatoes with tomato paste. Peel and squeeze the garlic through a press. Mix the pressed and garlic and remaining oregano into the tomato mixture, and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Drain the tuna and cut into small pieces.

3.

Trim the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel the shallot and cut into thin rings. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut into quarters. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Slit the chile pepper, remove seeds, rinse and finely chop.

4.

Knead the dough briefly and roll out into a pizza base on a floured surface as per the size of baking sheet. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pizza base over it, thereby making small edges on the base. Spread the pizza base with seasoned tomato mixture and sprinkle the remaining ingredients on it. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the pizza and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (fan: 230°C, gas mark 6-7) (approximately 480°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Cut the pizza in pieces and serve hot.
