- 16 sheets Spring roll dough sheet (16 cm diameter each) (approximately 6 inches)
- 4 scallions
- 1 sprig Lemongrass
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 1 Tbsp black Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsps light Sesame seeds
- 600 grams fresh Tuna
- salt
- fresh cracked peppers
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
Preparation steps

Dip dough sheets in cool water and place between 2 damp dishcloths.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings. Rinse lemongrass, removing tough outer leaves, trim and finely chop. Peel ginger and finely chop. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and cut the leaves into thin strips. Combine the scallions, ginger and lemongrass. Mix the sesame seeds together.

Take 2 spring roll sheets and distribute the scallion mixture on top. Place a piece of tuna coated with sesame seeds centered on the sheets. Roll and tightly seal. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook rolls until golden brown. Remove and serve with sprout salad on a serving plate.
