4 Tbsps Whipped cream

150 grams Tuna (canned in its own juice)
2 Tbsps freshly chopped marjoram

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, cut in quarters lengthwise and chop into pieces. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Whisk eggs with cream and season with salt and pepper. Drain tuna and crumble into pieces.

Sauté zucchini with onion and garlic in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes until translucent. Mix in tuna and marjoram and pour in egg mixture. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes until thickening. Cover with lid or plate and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.

Cut into pieces and serve.
