- 6 medium potatoes (cut into chunks)
- ¼ cup milk
- ⅓ cup butter
- 3 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

- 1 stick Celery (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp gluten-free all purpose flour
- 1 ⅓ cups cream (38% fat)
- 13 ozs canned Tuna (in oil)
- ½ cup peas

1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Wok, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fork, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps

Grease 4 individual pie dishes.

Put the potatoes in a large pan of boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
3.
Drain well and mash with a potato masher. Add the milk, 50g butter, 1 tablespoon parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill

Heat the remaining 20g butter in a large frying pan and cook the onion and celery for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.

Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Cook a few minutes until thickened. Add the tuna, peas, remaining parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
8.
Divide the mixture between the pie dishes. Spread the mashed potato on top, spreading it out and roughing the top.
9.
Grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
