Cut the fish into small pieces. Rinse and dice the tomatoes and zucchini. Rinse the spinahc and spin dry. Crumble the feta, mix with the creme fraiche and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Peel and press the garlic. Grease an ovenproof soup bowl with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Layer the fish, vegetables and cheese mixture alternately up to 1 cm below the rim of the bowl (approximately 1/3 inch). Put the dough on top, turning the edges into the middle. Brush with the remaining oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
