Ingredients

For crust
3 cups Bread flour
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
3 packets Yeast
1 cup warm water
8 Tbsps Oil
flour (for work surface)
For topping
2 cups alfredo sauce (prepared)
1 cup canned Tuna (in chunks)
1 Red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
½ cup canned White bean
½ cup scallions (green onion)
¼ cup Chives (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
In electric mixing bowl combine flour, salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to flour mixture. Add oil and mix together until dough is smooth and begins to pull away from sides of bowl. Cover bowl and let sit for about an hour, or until dough has doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 400° F. Sprinkle flour over clean work surface. Remove dough from bowl and split into two balls. Roll each ball into a circle, about 12" in diameter, onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.

Spread alfredo sauce evenly over each pizza crust. Top with tuna chunks, onions, beans and chives.
4.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown.
