2 scallions
1 Avocado
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 lemon (juiced)

½ bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

For the tuna and avocado tartare, cut avocado in half, remove the pit and peel. Cut tuna, avocado and scallions into small cubes, mix with the lemon juice and oil and season with salt and pepper.

For the garnish, rinse arugula and shake dry. Rinse, trim and slice the radishes.

3.

Arrange the tuna and avocado tartare on plates. Garnish with arugula and radish slices and serve.
