2 Chicken breasts
400 grams turkey breasts
2 Mandarin orange
2 Banana
200 grams Pineapple (fresh or canned)
2 Apricot
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp finely grated ginger
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts and turkey breast, pat dry and cut into small pieces.

2.

Peel the mandarin orange and divide into segments.

3.

Peel and slice the banana.

4.

Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes. Rinse the apricots, cut in half, remove pits and cut into wedges.

5.

Alternately thread the chicken, turkey and fruit onto wooden skewers.

6.

In a bowl, stir the honey with the cayenne, ginger, soy sauce and oil. Brush the honey mixture onto the skewers and allow to marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

7.

Place the skewers on the grill and cook, while brushing with marinade, until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
