Preparation steps

1.

Halve the passion fruit and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Peel and trim the pineapple. Remove the core and finely dice. Peel the oranges thoroughly and remove the whole fruit segments. Squeeze the juice from the remaining pulp. Weigh all the prepared ingredients. Mix in half that amount of jam sugar, and stir until combined.

2.

Add the lime juice, mix well, then let infuse for 2 hours. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes until the jam begins to thicken. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool briefly. Turn right side up and cool completely.
