¼ cup olive oil
1 red pepper (seeded and finely sliced)
1 ¼ cups closed-cup Mushrooms (sliced)
1.333 cups raw Prawn
flaked Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the tagliatelle in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water until 'al dente; ' usually 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until hot.

Sauté the red pepper and mushrooms with some seasoning for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are lightly coloured.

Add the prawns and increase the heat, cooking them for 3-4 minutes until pink and tender. Remove from the heat and set to one side.
5.
Drain the tagliatelle when ready and add to the vegetables. Re-heat the mixture over a moderate heat for a few minutes, tossing and stirring frequently.
6.
Use a carving fork to wind large portions of the pasta onto it, then place on serving plates in a nest shape. Serve immediately.
