4 corn Tortillas
1 green paprika
4 Tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 shallot
4 slices ham
1 Tbsp olive oil
200 grams grated Hard cheese
1 chili pepper
1 Zucchini
butter (for the baking dish)

Preparation steps

Butter a baking dish and line with the tortillas.

2.

Peel and chop the onions and shallots. Rinse and chop the tomatoes. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds and ribs and dice. Rinse the zucchini and cut into strips. Finely chop the chile pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and saute garlic and shallot until translucent. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper and chile pepper and simmer briefly. Season with salt.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with slices of ham and zucchini. Top with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes. Brown the top under the broiler, watching carefully. Serve sprinkled with coarsely ground pepper.
