1 Maraschino cherry

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the tomato in boiling water. Remove from the water and peel. Cut one slice from the tomato and set aside. 

2.

Puree the remaining tomato with the yogurt, and wheat bran. Season to taste with salt, then pour into a glass.

3.

Finely dice the tomato slice. Top the smoothie with the diced tomato and the maraschino cherry and serve.
