1 white onion
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the seeds and stem approaches and cut into small cubes. Chop the olives and the feta. Peel the onion and chop finely. Mix the tomatoes with onions, olives and feta and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve on plates using a ring mold. Cut the halloumi into thin slices and cook on a grill pan in oil. Arrange on the tartare and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with basil and serve.
