Nutritional values

Healthy impaled: Lycopene from tomatoes protects our cells from harmful free radicals. These can be caused by stress, smoking, but also by incorrect nutrition. Feta is not only a good source of protein, but also scores with calcium. The mineral is needed so that nerves and muscles can do their job properly. And the olive oil? With almost 80 per cent unsaturated fatty acids, it does heart and blood vessels good!

You can vary the vegetables according to your mood. How about peppers? They provide an extra portion of vitamin C.
