350 grams Spaghetti
salt
2 red chili peppers
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp olive oil
8 King prawn (about 50 g)
150 milliliters dry white wine
peppers
2 stalks parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water until al dente.

2.

In the meantime, rinse chili peppers and cut into rings. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Peel garlic and chop finely.

3.

Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and chili rings.

4.

Rinse shrimp, pat dry and fry in pan with wine. Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and let simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck and chop leaves.

6.

Drain pasta, add to shrimp and top with parsley. Toss well and serve on plates.
