Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
Rinse and dry tomatoes, cut out green stem. Cut tomatoes crosswise into slices. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Layer tomato and mozzarella slices on four plates. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.
Pluck basil leaves and clean with paper towels. Spinkle basil leaves over salad, serve imediately. This salad makes a great snack or appetizer.
