- 8 green and red Tomatoes
- 400 grams small Bocconcini
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores, and cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella.
2.
Brush four plates with a thin layer of oil. Arrange the tomatoes in a circle on the plates.
3.
Place the bocconcini in the middle of the tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining oil and the vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
