Fresh mozzarella each about 125 g (to taste buffalo mozzarella)
freshly ground Pepper
Olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomato, remove the core, and cut into 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) thick slices. Rinse the basil, pat dry, and remove the leaves. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. 

2.

Arrange the tomato slices and sliced mozzarella in a fan shape on plates. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with the basil. 

3.

Serve with ciabatta, if you'd like.
