4 leaves large Lettuce
500 grams cooked turkey breasts
1 Cucumber
1 carrot
1 red chile pepper
1 garlic
1 teaspoon Coriander
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150 milliliters beer (auch as lager)
1 pinch brown sugar
2 tablespoons freshly chopped Thai basil

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the lettuce, shake dry place on a plate. Shred the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cut into small cubes. Peel and grate the carrot. Rinse the chile, cut in half, remove the seeds and chop. Peel garlic and chop finely. Briefly sauté together with the chile and coriander in hot oil. Deglaze with the beer, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Season with sugar and lime juice and mix in the cucumber, carrot, Thai basil and turkey breast.
