1 tsp lemon juice
200 grams prepared Sushi rice
2 roasted Nori seaweed
4 fresh shrimp
4 tsps red Caviar (from lumpfish)
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cucumber and cut into thin sticks.

2.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut lengthwise into 4 wedges and sprinkle with lemon juice.

3.

Peel and devein the shrimp.

4.

Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.

5.

With dampened hands, shape the rice into 4 balls.

6.

Top the nori with rice, wasabi, avocado, cucumber and shrimp and roll up, pressing the edges to seal.
