¼ ripe Avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
200 grams prepared Sushi rice
2 roasted Nori seaweed
4 fresh shrimp
4 tsps red Caviar
1 tsp Wasabi paste

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini and cut into thin slices.

2.

Halve avocado, remove pit and peel and cut flesh lengthwise into 4 slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

3.

Peel shrimp and devein.

4.

Cut nori sheets in half crosswise.

5.

Shape rice into 4 balls.

6.

Layer nori leaves with rice, wasabi, avocado, zucchini and shrimp and roll into Temaki sushi shapes. Top with caviar and serve with wasabi paste.
