- For the tapenade
- 200 grams pitted black Olives
- 15 grams Anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 25 grams Caper
- 100 milliliters (approximately) olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop olives and anchovies. Add mustard and capers and puree everything with an immersion blender.
2.
Slowly add olive oil until a paste has formed. Season heavily with pepper.
3.
Slice baguette and spread with the tapenade. Garnish with mint and serve.
