Sweet Cranberry Sauce
Rinse the cranberries, then simmer with 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water for 20 minutes. Puree then pass through a fine strainer.
Bring the puree to a boil with 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of water, the sugar, and lemon juice. Divide into the prepared bottles, seal well, and cool completely.
