- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsps pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups dried Cranberry
- 1 ½ cups sweetened Shredded coconut

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture. Beat in the cranberries and coconut.
4.
Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly. Bake 15 to 17 or until the edges are brown. Cool on wire rack.
