100 grams sugar
50 grams Peanuts

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pepper and remove the seeds. Peel the garlic. Rinse the chilis and remove the stalks. Add the pepper, garlic, and chilis to a mortar and crush until combined. Add the crushed pepper mixture to a pot.

Add the vinegar, sugar, and 1/4 liter (approximately 1/4 of a quart) of water to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat. Finely chop the peanuts in a food processor, and stir into the sauce.
