Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim strawberries. Halve 1 strawberry and set aside for garnish. Mix other strawberries briefly and puree with kirsch and sugar.

Then add the strawberry ice cream and puree briefly. Fill cups with the smoothie. Add whipped cream and serve garnished with one half strawberry.
