150 grams sugar
1 lemon (juice)
500 grams Strawberries
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
4 centiliters Orange liqueur (or orange syrup)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the sugar and the lemon juice with 350 ml (approximately 1 1/2 cups) of water. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, then leave to cool.

2.

Trim the strawberries, rinse, puree and pass through a fine sieve. Trim tomatoes=, clean and puree (at will through a strainer or sieve).

3.

Mix the strawberry pulp with the tomato puree, sugar syrup and the liqueur and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze at least 4 hours.
