1 lemon (juiced)
7 ozs Melon (cantaloupe)
7 ozs Strawberries
Rose water

Preparation steps

1.

Mix sugar with 3-1/3 oz. water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool.

2.

Rinse strawberries, core and purée with melon pulp. Strain through a sieve. Mix with sugar syrup and Rose water and pour into a mold. Freeze at least four hours.
