- 6 golden Kiwi
- ½ Cucumber

Preparation steps
Peel banana and cut into slices. Wash strawberries, set aside 4, clean remaining berries and cut into small pieces. Quarter 1 kiwi and save for decoration; peel and chop remaining kiwis. Clean and wash the cucumber, peel off 4 thin slices lengthwise and set aside; cut the rest into small pieces.
Place banana slices, kiwi, strawberry and cucumber pieces in a stand blender and blend with 7 ounces of water to make a fine smoothie.
Pour strawberry-kiwi smoothie with cucumber into 4 glasses or bottles. Put kiwi quarters, strawberries and cucumber slices on 4 wooden skewers and garnish smoothie with them.
