- 7 ozs fresh, ripe Blackberry
- ½ Cucumber
- 14 ozs Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- sugar (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the blackberries and drain. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Puree the blackberries, cucumber and apple juice.

Season with sugar and lemon juice to taste. Serve in well-chilled glasses.
