Preparation steps

1.

Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Rinse the strawberries and set 12 aside. Halve the remaining strawberries and puree with the bananas. Add half of the buttermilk, cream of coconut and lemon juice and puree. Fill with the remaining buttermilk and stir.

2.

Pour the smoothie into glasses. Place the strawberries on skewers and place in the glasses. Serve garnished with mint.
