- 150 grams Strawberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 300 milliliters cold Buttermilk

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, clean and halve strawberries. Mix with lemon juice, honey and yeast flakes in a blender.
2.
While blending, gradually add buttermilk. Divide between two tall glasses and decorate with fresh strawberries.
