Strawberries and Cream Parfaits
Rinse strawberries, pat dry and set aside some for serving. Halve the remaining strawberries. Finely grate zest from half the orange, then squeeze juice from entire orange. Stir orange liqueur with orange juice and add the halved strawberries. Cover and let refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Stir the quark with a little milk until creamy. Add the honey, vanilla sugar and nutmeg. Whip cream until stiff and carefully fold into the quark mixture. Pour into well-chilled dessert glasses and alternately layer with the strawberry mixture, ending with quark. Garnish with remaining strawberries. Chop pistachios finely, sprinkle over the parfaits and serve.
